The best scorer of the last Championship of the Republic of Moldova in the National Division, Yuri Kendysh, left FC Sheriff. For two and a half seasons in our club, Yuri played in 80 official matches, in which he sent the ball 24 times into the opponents' goal. Three Champion titles, 1 Moldova Cup, and the repetition of the record of Benjamin Balima. In 2019, Kendysh scored in 8 Championship matches (in which he participated) in a row. And the title of the best scorer of the National Division also went to the Belarusian midfielder:

 

- Two and a half years in the club. It’s time to say goodbye. What feeling do you leave with?

- We part with positive feelings. We look to the future. Any change of scenery should be beneficial in order to start up. It was a little sad to leave. But this is football life. During the time that I was in Tiraspol, we achieved something. We part with a clear conscience.

- Can the game as a part of FC Sheriff be called a successful stage in your career?

- In this part of the career segment it can be called successful. In the final segment, personal achievements were also achieved. And the first goal was very productive. We played in the Europa League group stage, and were not whipping boys. Created a lot of competition for TOP teams.

 

- How to describe this stage of your career in three words?

- How would I characterize the season? In a way, bright, the second was productive, based on personal achievements. Thirdly, probably, unforgettable.

 

- What will remain in your memory of what you experienced in Tiraspol?

- In any case, it will remain in my memory that I was very well treated by the management, by all the people who surrounded me in Tiraspol. The most vivid is the game in the Europa League group. It should be noted that the captain’s armband on my arm will remain in my memory. There are many players, but entrusted the captain's armband to me. I believe that the legionnaire, who was entrusted the captain's armband, even for matches when the captain is absent, is worth a lot.

- Was the decision to leave deliberate or appeared spontaneously?

- The decision was not spontaneous. I am such a person that if something disturbs me, the phrase "not appropriate" does not suit here, then something needs to be changed. Perhaps the time has come when it is time to change something. I systematically led myself to that this would be the last season for FC Sheriff. I think I approached this systematically.

 

- Name the ball scored for FC Sheriff, which should definitely be in your video library ...

- I consider any of the two goals against FC Milsami to be the best. And that year, and this year. And this year, this goal led to the championship, and in the first year of the contract it was also so. 

- What words would you leave behind for the club and supporters?

- I'd like to say hello to the fans. Unfortunately, it was not possible to say goodbye to them. Information appeared after the last game. At the end of the season. I would like to encourage them to go to the stands, support the team. It is much more pleasant to play with them than with the empty stands. Also, I'd like to fill in the dots.
