The Moldova national football team won its second victory in the qualifying round for the European Championship. The Moldavian team defeated away the Faroe Islands with a score of 1:0.

 

Victor Straistari was in the lineup for the match, but remained on the bench, just like in the friendly match against Austria (1:1).

 

Joao Paulo and his Cape Verde team lost away to Togo in the African Cup of Nations qualifying match, 2:3. By the 22nd minute, the guests were winning 2:0 (an assist in the first goal scored by an FC Sheriff player), but lost, missing in the 78th and 87th minutes.
