Sheriff today played against National Division newbie Veris in the second match day of the National division.

Veris managed to score in the very beginning of the game. Viorel Frunze was awarded a free kick and he himself converted it to a goal. After this goal Sheriff dominated the game and had many opportunities - the shots from Fernando, Samardzic. Only in the end of the first half Sheriff scored the equalizer - Luvannor crossed to Pascenco who gave the ball to our newcomer Jhulliam Pires, who scored his first goal for Sheriff.

In the second half the brazilian had another opportunity but hesitated and his shot was blocked. The game was decided after Scripcenco received his second yellow card and was sent off the pitch. This very free kick was converted to the second and winning goal for Veris - Chirlan scored. Our team had opportunities again - Markovski, Isa and Pascenco missed the net and the score remained the same - 2-1 for Veris.
