Veaceslav Posmac: To be a captain is a great honor
The defender of the national team of Moldova, Veaceslav Posmac, gets used to the captain's position. About what feelings he has and what changed in his football life, Veaceslav shared at a cup of coffee at the hotel where the team is based for the period of the training camp in Turkey.
-Veaceslav, what does it mean to a captain?
- I’d like to say at once that it is great responsibility. But first of all, to be the captain of FC Sheriff is a great honor.
-How has the team’s attitude changed to you?
-It hasn’t changed particularly. Maybe, they became frightened more (smiles). In general we always had peace and harmony in collective. Rather I changed the attitude. To be a captain means to be an example in everything. I try to correspond.
-And there are no difficulties?
- They always are. But let it will remain in the team. So this is our rule in FC Sheriff - we resolve all internal issues ourselves. To the forefront for the audience only our game and victories come.
- Several words about the first training camp…
-There is nothing special to tell. We prepare, have two trainings a day. In the beginning weather put in a bad mood a little. However, it did not stop work. The coaching staff can always offer something. There is no time to have a rest.
- Does the first match with Široki Brijeg is remembered by anything?
- In spite the fact that the rival played not the first test match, and for us it was the first match, we looked very dignified. Missed the second goal from penalty. However, the referee refused us to shot. Violation of rulesб as it seemed to me, was obvious. Then on video we watched an episode. So, the first impression was confirmed. Otherwise, everything is in the normal mode. Following the result of the first match it is impossible to draw any conclusions. Preparation only began.
