FC Sheriff players took part in the away games of their national teams, both of which ended identically with a 2:1 victory.

The skipper of our team Mateo Sušić (on the photo) came out in the first half of the last game for the World Cup qualifying against Estonia. Bosnia and Herzegovina team won 2:1, and Mateo played till the end of the match.  

Jeremy de Nooijer took part in the away game victory of the Curaçao national team over the 2022 World Cup host – Qatar. The final score was 2:1 in favour of the guests.
