The youth team of Moldova prevailed against San Marino team in the qualification mach of the European Championship with the score 1:0. The matchup took place in Orhei.

 

Three players of FC Shriff were in starting lineup: goalkeeper Nicolae Cebotari, defender Ivan Voropai and midfielder Evghenii Oancea. All of them played the whole match.

 

Furthermore, 4 more trainee of Sheriff Academy of  Football, who at the moment play in other clubs, were in starting lineup.
