Traditionally on the most important matches in Moldova, a cup final or a gold match, Football Federation of Moldova entrusted to serve a duel to a panel of judges from abroad.

The chief referee of the final is the Romanian referee of FIFA, Istvan Kovac (on the photo). His compatriots Florin Marinesku and Mihai-Ovidiuartene will help on lines. The fourth official is Alexander Tyan (Chisinau).

Veaceslav Cebotari is appointed as the referee observer. The delegate of the name of Football Federation of Moldova is Sergei Lisnik.
