Players of the first team of FC Sheriff started with victories in the final part of the African Nations Cup.
 
Cabo Verde national team defeated Nana national team in the first match with the score 2:1. Joao Paulo played the whole game.
 
The Burkina Faso State team also started with a win and was stronger than Mauritania (1-0). Cedric Badolo came into the starting lineup and was substituted on 73 minutes.
 
On January 18, Cape Verde will play with Mozambique, and Burkina Faso will play with Algeria on January 20.
