FC Academia Chisinau head coach commented on the match with FC Sheriff: 

- First of all, it was a game with the leader of the Championship, in Tiraspol. To be short, we had our best game this season. It was a discovery for me that the guys could do this. We did not onyl stay in the defense and did not wait to concede 1,2,3 balls and then go back home with our heads down. We played football and tried to attack. In one of two good attacks we scored the second goal. Today we played not to 100% but to 120% of our maximum. It was also great that we had many players born 1996, 1997, 1998. Player for substitution was born 2000. It tells that they kept their powers with this ambitious and very strong opponent. For now Sheriff is the best team of the Championship. There is nothing more to say. 

- Why did you win today, victory does not mean anything for your team?
- I can say one thing. I told the team in the locker room that if they lose, no one will say anything to them, but is they win, it will be victory over themselves. We wanted to test us in the game with this opponent. It turned we played to the maximum. We had the best game this season. I do not know what happens next season. But in this championship this game is the best. 

- Your team had no mistakes in the defense today. Do you agree?
- Today Sheriff had many chances to win. Our goalkeeper did his job great. Brezovec delivered a few dangerous penalty shots. If it was another day, he would score a hat-trick and be substituted on 20th minute. There were also many other chances. We had luck on our part, the keeper did great, defense players played very disciplined. The fact that Sheriff many chances to win - we saw it ourselves. 

- Was it your first victory over Sheriff?
- I think yes, it was.
