Today was dedicated to recovery of the team after the match with FC Krylya Sovetov. 

The players who played in the most part of the match worked out in the gym and then went to the swimming pool. Michel Huff's instructions were taken seriously. The seond part of the team worked on a pitch.

In the evening everyone worked on the pitches of Papillon Sports Center. The tasks mostly referred to recovery but with a competitive attitude. 

Cyrille Bayala joined the team today witha bronze medal of the Cup of the African Nations.
