FC Sheriff players contributed in the games of the national team of Moldova and achieved positive results in preliminary matches.

Under-21 national team started with a 2:0 victory in the preliminary cycle for the Championship of Europe. We won San Marino in an away match. Our club's forward Vitaly Damascan scored both goals, played all 90 minutes.  Andrei and Valery Macritchii played the whole match. Eugene Oancea was substituted after the break. 
National team of Moldova played a 2:2 draw with Georgia. Radu Ginsari opened the scoring and played the entire match, like Vitaly Bordian. Alexei Koselev and Maxim Potirniche stayed on the bench.
