The Football Federation of Moldova has announced the start date of the new Moldova Cup for the 2020-2021 season.

 

The tournament starts on August 8. At all stages of the tournament, the winner will be determined in one match. Last season, starting from the 1/8 finals, the teams played two matches.

 

In the preliminary segment, the teams of Division B will join the fight, after that they will be joined by the teams of Division A. In the 1/16 finals, the debutants of the National Division - FC Floresti and FC Dacia-Buiucani will enter the fight, and from the 1/8 finals the rest top echelon clubs of Moldovan football.

 

The final match is scheduled for May 28, 2021 and will take place at the Zimbru stadium in Chisinau.
