Media rules
In connection with the epidemiological situation that has developed due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the rules for the work of media representatives at Eurocup matches have been changed.
Based on this, the FC Sheriff press office informs the journalists who wish to attend the game of the first qualifying round of the Champions League with SC Fola Esch, Luxembourg, the procedure for organizing the work of the media:
1. All media representatives who have submitted applications for accreditation for the match with SC Fola Esch, Luxembourg must be tested for COVID-19.
2. The test results must be sent to the e-mail of FC Sheriff press office, press@fc-sheriff.com, no later than 12.00, 19 August 2020.
3. Journalists must provide test results at the entrance to the stadium.
4. FC Sheriff press office will publish on the official website a list of journalists who are allowed to the match no later than 14.00 on 19 August 2020. Journalists not included in this list will not be allowed to the match.
5. Access to the workplace will be made through the entrence for the media, with obligatory temperature measurement and hand disinfection.
6. All media representatives must wear mask and gloves and do not take them off until leaving the territory of SC Sheriff.
7. Access to the press box is exclusively through the media working room.
8. Photographers enter the stadium through a special entrance located on the South Stand, which is equipped with an entrance directly to the workstation at the pitchside.
9. Photographers are required to observe the working area at the corner flag and not leave it during the match.
10. The photographer's passage to the other side of the pitch is past the East Stand.
11. Pre-match press conferences have been canceled. FC Sheriff pressoffice will prepare material for the media, which will be sent to the editorial offices. Questions that are of interest to journalists can be sent to the e-mail of FC Sheriff press office, press@fc-sheriff.com, no later than 16.00, 17 August 2020.
12. The movement of journalists around the perimeter of the stadium is limited and is carried out only within the work areas (press box, or special places for photographers).
13. After the end of the match, journalists will be able to ask their questions to the participants in the mixed zone, with observing the social distance. There should be no more than one media representative + cameraman or photographer in the mixed zone.
14.Immediately after the end of the work at the match, all media representatives must leave the territory of SC Sheriff within 15 minutes.
We ask all media represantative to treat these rules with understanding and comply with them exactly.
In case of non-observance of these rules, FC Sheriff Press Office reserves the right to cancel the accreditation for the match.
Changes to the clauses of these rules will be announced, if applicable.
