Jo Santos: I feel very well
Our team's forward Jo Santos was successfully operated in an Italian clinic and he is now undergoing a recovery course. We should mention that the player got injured on 19 April in a Cup match with FC Academia. As it became known later, Jo had a rupture of anterior crucial ligament. The recovery of the player will take from 5 to 7 months.
– I feel very well. It has been almost ten days after the operation and I already can walk - it is fantastics for me! First of all, I want to thank management and administration of FC Sheriff - a great club, as well as the doctors, true professionals. Here everyone knowns about Moldova and as it turned out they heard about FC Sheriff. I saw many people who were impressed when I represented myself as FC Sheriff Tiraspol player. It is a pretty nice feeling, frankly speaking. I want to wish my team not to give up, there are important matches ahead. It depends only on us, our will and efforts whether we become champions or not. I am very sorry that I am not able to help my team on the field but here in the clinic I pray to God every day to bless every of my team mates.
