Gerson Rodrigues: We set ourselves up for the victory
The author of the double to the FC Zaria goal, Gerson Rodrigues about the victory in a home match of the 21st round and upcoming match in the quarterfinal of the Cup of Moldova-Orange.
-Gerson, what can you say about the comeback victory of our team over FC Zaria?
-The first 30 minutes were difficult for us, we couldn’t self-actualize on the pitch. But, after the break we came on with other mood and showed our playing qualities. I am glad that we managed to turn the game course. I am happy with result. Further we will only add.
-What game plan did personally you have?
- The coach addressed all team. He told that we shouldn't expect an easy match. He adjusted on keen struggle so that each of us fight till the end of the match. As a result, everything worked well, and we gained important for us three points.
-You managed to make a mark twice in this difficult match…
-My goals are the merit of all team. All of us do the same work. I was satisfied with the fact that I scored to the rivals goal. It gave me confidence. I hope that we will continue with the same spirit.
-In the middle of the week there will be the match of the quarterfinal of the Cup of Moldova with FC Speranta , Nisporeni. What are your expectations about the forthcoming matchup?
- All teams are motivated the match with FC Sheriff. Therefore, we shouldn't expect an easy game. We need to set ourselves up for the victory and to do everything that is in our forces. We want to win this trophy. We prepare seriously both in physical, and in the psychological plan.
- How comfortable is it to play in the mode two matches a week?
- In my opinion, psychological state plays the large role in such schedule of games. There is some physical fatigue, but when there is the correct psychological state when you are in harmony with yourself - then it’s easier to achieve goals. We need to play well and win.
