Gala of FMF Laureates
At the moment the Main Award Ceremony of the Moldavian Football – “Gala of FMF Laureates” takes place in Chisinau.
In spite of the fact that this year FC Sheriff won the next champion title (17th), having outpacing the closest rivals by 18 points, reached the Europe League play-off stage (the best result among the Moldavian teams in Euro cups) it received only one award.
Ziguy Badibanga won a prize "Best foreign player of the National Division”. However, all top three consists of players of our club. Yury Kendysh is on the second place and Mateo Susic is on the third.
Serghei Pascenco is the second in the list of “Best goalkeepers”. Veaceslav Posmac is also on the second place but in the “Best Defender” nomination.
It should be noted that there was no “Best Team of the Year” nomination in this season.
