Today FC Sheriff will carry out the first sparring at the training camp in the Turkish town of Belek. The rival is known to the head coach of our club, Goran Sablic, firsthand. Before transition to our club the Croatian expert worked in this FC Široki Brijeg.

Founded in 1948, Bosnian club is a regular participant of the Euro cups. Only in a season of 2015-16 they didn’t manage to play on the international scene. However, the team didn’t pass further than the second qualifying round. Unless in a season of 2005-06, they reached the playoff of the UEFA Cup, having lost to Swiss Basel.  

Bosnians after the first half of the championship of the country go on the 3rd place, loosing to the leader, FC Sarajevo, 13 points.
If for our club it is the first sparring of the off-season, Široki Brijeg has already played two matches. Won Croatian club Heretvanka, 4:1, and drew (0:0) with Croatian Zmijavci.

The match Sheriff - Široki Brijeg will bstart at 18:00 local time (17.00 in Tiraspol).
