Today the draw of the semifinal of the Moldova Cup took place, which determined the home teams in the first matches.

 

Thus, FC Sheriff will start a confrontation with FC Petrocube in Hincesti. The second leg will be played in Tiraspol. Both fights will take place in the spring of 2020.

 

In the framework of the Moldova Cup, the last time the teams met was in 2017, it was  also at the semifinal stage, and the winner was revealed after one game. The meeting took place in Hincesti, and FC Sheriff won it in penalty shootout with the score of 5: 4.
