According to the semifinal draw that took place in the Football Federation of Moldova, the hosting team is FC Sheriff in the match between Sheriff and Zaria. The match takes place in Tiraspol on 10 May.

At the same time FC Milsami hosts FC Dacia in Orhei.
 
It should be mentioned that the finalist will be defined according to the result of the match. The Cup of Moldova final takes place in Chisinau on 25 Mayb at Zimbru stadium.
