Dmitro Kara-Mustafa: "To win, you have to score"
Assistant to the Head Coach of FC Sheriff Dmitro Kara-Mustafa about the match of the 24th tour of ND against Zimbru Chisinau.
- Today we were one step away from the early championship. How can you comment on the situation?
- We are upset by the result in today's game. To win, you have to score. There were great moments in the first half and there were a lot of them. 100% moments. We don't score four 100 percent moments. In the second half there were good chances to realize. And we miss from the standard, although we showed the players in training, worked out. Zimbru scored one goal and had one more chance from a standart, but our goalkeeper saved it. In principle, they didn’t have chances, but if you don’t score such goals, then you won’t win the match. Therefore, if there is no implementation, any opponent's attack or half-moment can fly into your goal. Both we, of course, played badly on the standards, and the implementation needs to be corrected.
- Did you need disqualified players today?
- Of course, and Gustavo - the captain of the team, and Traore leader - both of them were absent. But the boys who come out have to substitute them and prove that they are the main players.
- What positive can be learned from this fight?
- We are very upset with the result. Now we are not talking about the positive.
