The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Vadim Krasnoselsky and the State Sports Service of the PMR awarded the best athletes of the outgoing 2019 year.

 

Among the laureates was FC Sheriff, which was awarded in the nomination “Best Team of the Year”.

 

2019 really became a success for our club. The first team won the 18th Moldova Champion title, 10th in its history the Moldova Cup. And the youth Under-19 team, under the leadership of Shota Makharadze and Andrei Corneencov, became the first team in history to break into the spring part of the European Cup.

 

Our youth will play in February against Serbian Crvena Zvezda in the playoff round of the most prestigious tournament for this age -UEFA Youth League.
