The goalkeeper of FC Sheriff Georgios Athanasiadis was recognized by the fans of our club, who, during the voting, chose the Best Player of the Team in September.

 

Having become the UEFA Champions League Player of the Week 2, Athanasiadis is unbreakable from the field. Our team missed the only goal from the 11-meter mark. In the match against Real Madrid, Athanasiadis saved 11 hits from 12 hits on target.

 

Second place went to Brazilian Cristiano Da Silva (three assists in two Champions League matches), while forward Adama Traore is in third.
