Artur Craciun: Everyone is committed to fulfil the tasks
U-19 national team of Moldova and FC Sheriff defender Artur Craciun is one of the newcomers who joined our team in winter pre-season. Artur shared with us how his adaptation is going in the new team, about the Championship of Moldova and the future:
- Artur, welcome. Why did you choose Sheriff for your career?
- I chose Sheriff because it is a club with great ambitions and one of the strongest in our countries.
- How did everyone accept you in the team? How is Tiraspol?
- Everyone accepted me well in the team, all guys and staff are friendly. I have not had a chance to walk in Tiraspol but I will do that soon.
- What relation do you have with the coaching staff?
- Everything is great with the coaches, head coach Roberto Bordin pays much attention to various tactical ways.
- Does the training process in Chisinau differ from that in Tiraspol?
- It is different because Zimbru is a young team and I trained mostly with guys of my age. In Sheriff training sessions are more complex because the players here are experienced and masterful.
- Are you ready for the competition in the team on your position?
- I am ready to one hundred per cent. I will compete with everyone on my position despite that my teammates are older and more experienced.
- Do you think you have fully opened yourself playing for Zimbru and U-19 national team of Moldova?
- No, I have not opened yet, because it hasn’t been a long time since I play on a high level but I think everyone is ahead and I will do my best.
- Which teams in your opinion are our main opponents this year?
- They are Zaria and Milsami because we are a few points behind them.
- What club will become the Champion of Moldova this season in your opinion?
- It is a difficult question but I want my new team Sheriff to become the Champion.
- What motivates you and what success do you wish to achieve with Sheriff?
- The first task is to get to the first eleven and then reach a professional level.
- Can you say that Sheriff is one team that is able to solve any tasks they have in front of them?
- Yes, the team is united, everyone is ready to solve any set tasks.
