In the championship of Moldova there are 11 Ukrainian legionnaires. The most famous of them is the ex-midfielder of Dnipro and the youth team of Ukraine Andrii BLIZNICHENKO, who last season together with Sheriff won the Cup of the country and won the championship gold medals.

 

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the championship in Moldova did not start. The TEAM1 correspondent talked with the football player about urgent matters.

 

- Andrii, how are you?

- I'm okay.

 

- What are you doing?

- I observe quarantine (smiles), like all people who treat the current problev responsibly.

 

- Do you train?

- We have online classes. I also do it on my own, both at home and at the base. I want to be in good shape when the full training process resumes.

 

- How do you manage your free time in quarantine?

- I play on the Playstation in FIFA, I recently purchased a laptop for PokerStars and Counter-Strike. I often communicate with my brother, who performs in Dinamo Kyiv reserve. I even learned to cook a little.

 

- What masterpieces have you created?

- It's hardly the word. I cook different salads, pasta, invented sauce for it. Learned how to cook cheesecakes (smiles).

 

- What is the situation with coronavirus in Moldova?

- If we take Chisinau, then there, as my partners tell me, the situation is difficult, but in Tiraspol everything seems to be more or less calm.

 

- Is there reason to expect that the championship in Moldova will begin soon?

- On this issue, I communicate with mentors and club management every day, but there is no exact information yet.

 

- By the style of the playing with which Ukrainian team would you compare Sheriff?

- Sheriff is somewhat similar to Shakhtar, because our team constantly owns the ball, dominates the field.

 

- Is the goal of Sheriff unchanged - winning the championship and the Cup of the country?

- Definitely, it' the only way. Only such tasks always stand here.

 

- Which of the friends of the players do you call up?

- I correspond with many, but call up with Mladen Bartulovic, Alexander Rybka, Ivan Litvinenko.

 

- Besides the coronavirus, there is something to talk about?

- Of course, there are many different topics. First of all, football and families. We can, joke, laugh, pit each other (smiles).
