A draw
In the final match of the 9th tour of the Reserve Championship, FC Sheriff youth team played 1-1 draw against the reserves of FC Speranta.
In the first half of the game, our reserves controlled the territory for most. The Yellow-Blacks possessed the ball most time. Defence of the hosts was under pressure, but our players created only few moments at Speranta's goals. The best opportunity had Vsevolod Nikhaev, but after the shot, the ball passed one meter away from the bar of Michail Paiush's goals.
After the halftime, the Wasps began a more active play and had a chance to score, but the opener came from Valeriy Tiron. The Nisporeni forward tackled the ball from our player and overplayed Nicolai Cebotari in a one-to-one clash 1-0.
Luka Pavlovic's squad needed 10 minutes to equalize. Andrei Kobets, taking advantage of his attacking partner's pass, scored an important goal in this tough clash.
After the goal, the score didn't change despite lots of dangerous moments at the Speranta's goals.
