Today it marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of one of the flagships of Moldovan football - FC Zimbru Chisinau.

 

The second in terms of the number of won trophies in Moldovan football (9 titles of the Champion of Moldova), the Chisinau club is the only club that took part in all the National Division competitions.

 

The congratulatory telegram on behalf of FC Sheriff, sent to the management of Zimbru, reads in particular:
